Not only that we liked that the sales person Tom came to our home and was also the person doing the installation. He was never pushy or anything. We also felt like he took his time and made sure to walk us through the care instructions and general info for future reference. A couple weeks after our installation our Huskie ripped one of our blinds. We called Tom and he was able to get another one for us for free. We were not expecting that but it was so nice!
